Each year, The College of the Florida Keys honors an exceptional alumnus or alumna who embodies Tuga Spirit and has demonstrated professional distinction, service to society, and/or support of the College and/or community. 

The College accepts applications and nominations via the form below throughout the year. Applicants/nominees must be former students or graduates of CFK (FKCC). Applications/nominations must be submitted by January 31. The recipient is notified in February.

Please note that the Alumni of the Year recipient is expected to attend the Spring Commencement, held the first week of May in Key West. At the ceremony, the recipient will be recognized for their accomplishments and will address the graduating class.
